Partnerships with the Shire supported by its Environmental Management Fund

Nature Conservation has secured 2017/18 funding from the Shire of Augusta Margaret River’s Environmental Management Fund to continue a number of its conservation activities in partnership with the Shire.

Through a competitive grants process, open to all community groups in the Shire of Augusta Margaret River, Nature Conservation has secured a total of $63,834 from the Shire’s Environmental Management Fund. All funded activities will be delivered as partnership projects with the Shire and contribute effectively to environmental outcomes for both organisations.

Funding received from the Environmental Management Fund will continue the following conservation activities during the 2017/18 financial year.

Nature Conservation thanks the Shire of Augusta Margaret River for its continuing support and looks forward to an ongoing partnership to protect the natural environment in the Margaret River region.
